Congratulations to Coquille Parks & Recreation, Host of the 2010 Babe Ruth 15 Year Old Southwest Regional Tournament! We need your help! We are looking for 8-10 more families to host 2-3 boys each for the Regional Tournament which will be held July 29 - Aug 2. Soccer
Season Information:
*Fall - Games will begin on the Saturday after Labor Day & run into November.
2010 - 2011 rosters for all Division 1 Soccer teams have been announced, please go to www.freeteams.net/madisonvilledivision1soccer for more details.

CHECKS ONLY - Made payable to Rec. District 14 (No cash or credit cards!)
Football: $110/per player
Football Out District: $50/per player (Please note that no out district registrations are guaranteed!)
Cheer: $80/per player
Cheer Out District: $25/per player (Please note that no out district registrations are guaranteed!)

*Birth Certificate (Yes, you need it even if they have played before! WST requires a copy to be turned into them.)
*Proof of Residency (Yes, you need it even if they have played before!)

Adult Programs...
Kickball
It is time to register for Adult Co-Rec Kickball again! Many teams enjoyed playing the first season of Adult Co-Rec Kickball, so we are bringing it back for a second season. We can only accomodate 18 teams, so it is first come/first play basis.
General Information -
*Registration Dates: 07/01/10 - 07/29/10
*Ages: 18 & Up
*Team: 10 Players Minimim & 26 Players Maximum
(5 Men/5 Women play at all times)
*Games: Played on Thursday Nights @ Coquille starting 08/05/10
*Fees: $125/Per Team
(Fees include: Awards, Equipment, Insurance, Officials & Misc.)
*Out District: $25/Per Team
(For all teams with 3 or more out of district players on the roster.)
*Season: 8 weeks of Regular Play & 2 weeks of Play Offs
(08/05/10 - 10/28/10)
*Mandatory Captain's Meeting: July 29, 2010 at Coquille @ 7:00 PM
